I can't say I followed them closely afterwards but they made an incredibly attractive couple and it's sad that they couldn't make it work. I think they've both had big health issues in recent years, which is always stressful on a relationship

Yeah Iker had a heart attack last year and then a malignant tumor was found on one of Sara's ovaries (successfully removed!) all in the same month! So yeah I remember thinking they must've been super stressed!

He had a heart attack in May 2019. A few weeks later she announced she had ovarian cancer and had undergone surgery to remove one one of her ovaries.
