Eeeeer, I'm pretty sure the label themselves decide what category they submit in, as well as pay a fee for each submission. I know the Emmy's and Golden Globes occasionally refuse submissions if they deem movies or TV shows to be frauding themselves into Drama or Comedy, but I've never heard of the Grammy's doing it.

I feel like his yes people are lying to him. lol

Also, from what I've heard of that album, it is NOT RnB.

Apparently they have committees for each genre that decide if the song/album fits the category. If the Pop category rejects a song, they can forward it to the appreciation of the R&B committee, for example.

Ah ok, that's fair then. I guess it's just not publicised as much as the Globes and Emmy's when it's rejected. But clearly the people on those committees have ears because Justin is delusional. I would have loved to be in the room when someone told him they were refusing to accept his submission.
