I do wonder how many people will have long term affects that aren't fully recognised yet.

A friend of mine got Covid twice, after getting through the first time she said when she takes a deep breath, something still rattles/feels weird in her lungs. The second time was much worse in every way.

omg that's awful. i know it's rare but i'm so afraid of getting it again because everyone says the second time is much much much worse. i hope your friend continues to recover, that's really horrible :(

Really? I thought the initial reports of the second time were milder?

What is it with scallops? lol (I've just been binge-watching Come Dine With Me and everyone makes them as a starter)

It's delicious, like eating a puck of crab meat, esp if you sear it and serve in brown butter... mmmmmmmm

They have mild, inoffensive, pleasant taste. When I see them on a menu, I don't think 'Omg, scallops!!', but I do think 'Ooh, scallops!'

"sugar-free kombucha"

lmao i didn't even know this was possible?i do like the way kombucha tastes and i have crohns disease so i've been told i could benefit from it but idk. i don't think i've had it enough to see any real changes.

yeah sugar free kombucha sounds like bullshit. when i was doing keto i'd make a drink with acv and sparkling water that kinda tasted similar to kombucha, but was absolutely NOT kombucha so idk if she's doing something like that.

ooh do you have the recipe for that ACV drink?

no, i don't have a specific recipe, but I'd do a tablespoon of acv for every 10-12 oz of water. And then you can add all kinds of stuff like lemon or lime juice, stevia, etc. i've seen recipes online that would use more acv, but since it can be really corroding to your teeth, i wouldn't really use much more than that daily.
