We see the same pack of 35-60 year old crusty men headlining films every year, e.g., Johnny Depp, Leo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Colin Firth, Bradley Cooper, etc.

I would rather they treated male actors in the same way and upgraded with some better looking models.

It sucks, you can either say nothing and hope that eventually you get secure enough in your job/industry that you feel you can speak out for yourself and others, or you can speak out right away and run the risk of never getting anywhere because of it. Either way a part of you loses.
