She is so beautiful, with access to such amazing clothes...I love her but sometimes she looks a mess.

I have zero taste so I'm genuinely curious what's wrong with this dress
Or do you mean in general?

In general. Her husband owns a great deal of the European fashion houses but whenever I see her it's like the clothes are wearing her instead of the other way around. Part of the problem is because instead of dressing for her body type (a short, busty woman) she wears things that would only look good on a Naomi Campbell type body. When she gets it right she looks fantastic, she just needs to find the right designer for her like Octavia Spencer did with that Asian designer who always made her look good on the red carpet.

Thank you for explaining, I usually like what I see when I watch her interviews but I'm not really proficient at making conscious wardrobe choices 😂

Even before learning about David o Russell's abuses, I was really bitter towards him and jlaw for casting her in silver linings playback when it should have gone to a much older woman. All of that that contributes to the erasure of older women in the industry which has fucked us up in so many ways

That role was especially meant for a woman in her late 30s or early 40s. JLaw's competition was Elizabeth Banks, Reese Witherspoon, Anne Hathaway, etc. These women are mostly decades older than her and age appropriate.

I'm so tired of people and their opinions about women and their bodies.

Absolutely flabbergasted that powerful people in the industry based on YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL can't fathom the thought of women aging out of the age group these creeps are attracted to.
