Yes! Agreed. 19 is still her best album! And I’m probably the only one but 25 was an okay album but not great and was way over praised.

21 and 25 are both masterpieces imo, i can't wait for her fourth album she's killing me by not releasing it

I love “I’ll Be Waiting” from this album!

I'll Be Waiting and He Won't Go are my fave non-single songs on the album as are their sister songs (imo, anyway) on 25, Sweetest Devotion and When We Were Young.
