Both of these albums are perfection. Madonna slightly more because she paved the way for xtina

I don't doubt that sexism was at play here but let's be real, Xtina was blackfishing during her Stripped era and was one of several bubblegum pop stars who thought they'd flirt a bit with blackness & hip-hop to shed their "good girl" images.

I know so many ppl that hate Erotica. It's not my fave Madonna album but it's def not the worst!
