LMAO. Didn't they date for a while before they got married? 18 months? You should still be in the honeymoon phase and 18 months is not enough time for people to grow apart as if they've married for decades.

Short marriages almost always mean they shouldn't have been married in the first place. Either they didn't really know each other or one or both parties ignored a ton of red flags or just general incompatibly because they wanted to be married.

I know someone who just married someone she's been dating less than six months. Moved in together after a month and she's been freaking out about turning 30. She got married because she didn't want to be 30 unmarried and I won't be shocked if/when there is a divorce announcement in 2-5 years.

My Aunt has been married 4 times I think. Whenever she dates someone they get engaged by like 6 months in. I don't know how she brings it up but she must because there is no way all these guys just decide to ask that quickly organically.
