Right. If you want to change, change, but know that it's not going to be instantaneous, if you gain a bit back, it's not the end of the world.

Whatever helps people do what they need to do to be healthy. It's really hard.

To answer your question OP, yes and yes. My diet is just counting calories and INF. My goal is to do it for 30 days straight and see where I am in a month.

Counting calories worked for me. I'm going to start again tomorrow.

Counting calories is sooooo bomb and I hate that it has a bad reputation that is linked to disordered eating. Whenever I try to talk about it I get a lot of "THAT'S SOME ED SHIT ( ... )

Totally. I've tried CICO before in the past and half assed it. Or I'd think "omg I'm 100 calories from calories in, and now I can't eat x and that sucks"

But now I'm like okay... we've eaten that a million times. It's not like I'm missing out my body hasn't already experienced. What I'm really missing out on is being healthy, wouldn't that be nice?

I'm glad it worked for you bb <3

Of all the people they choose him to promote WW? Does anyone actually like him?! 🙄

I mean, to be fair, there’s an overlap between his demographic and weight watchers core membership. Like, I’m going to say white women ages 45+.

1. Fuck James Corden

2. I have decided to start calorie counting again. I gained a lot of weight pre-hypothyroid diagnosis and I feel very uncomfortable in my body. Hopefully I can lose some of this weight over the next year. I'm hoping to lose 40 lbs this year, which I think is accomplishable.
