Trump signed a $2.3 trillion spending bill that Congress passed this past Sunday. It will provide expanded unemployment benefits at $300, rental aid, and forgivable loans to small businesses. Americans will receive $600 direct checks if they make less than $75,000. Families will receive up to $600 per adult and $600 more for each dependent child
