I was 1000% over Iron Man by the time Endgame rolled around but i still cried when he died lol. I'll be happy to never see the character again but they gave him a great sendoff. too bad they couldn't do the same for Natasha.......

the fuckery of cap 3 turned my mild dislike of RDJ to full on disgust. without him running his mouth and being greedy, we would have had a cap 3, and not an iron man movie. i'm forever pissed off over that shit.

Cap 3 writers originally wanted RDJ for a cameo. He wanted a larger role but the then head of Marvel Entertainment bulked at his asking piece. In the end, they gave into RDJ's demands.

ngl Tony Star has always been one of my faves, I remember my excitement watching the firs Iron Man. but I liked his ending, it made sense and at least he had time with Pepper - they were my top MCU couple.

I like his Tony Stark but the writing was so inconsistent with him (and everyone else that's been there since the beginning) that by the time Infinity War I was just whatever about their characters other than like, T'Challa. Honestly, I was done at Civil War and Ragnarok lol

Still haven't seen Endgame lol what they did to Natasha was stupid.

I liked the deleted scene better, but I also would've rather flung Hawkeye over lol. At least Black Widow got her movie. Just like... way too late, and poorly timed.
