We have a few Hanukkah decorations up, which is surprising since we usually wait last minute and have to go on a hunt for our menorah and then a hunt for Hanukkah candles! We have both out already, I’m so proud of us! We have it semi together for once!

I haven't put up my decorations yet, but I did just buy my tree, to put it up over the weekend.

I take my tree down the first Saturday of the next year, so it's coming down on 1/2. Plus next weekend I'll be Cyberpunking it up, so I won't want to take all the time it will take to decorate it. It's 10 feet tall, so it really is a multi-day process.
