the crazy thing is by the 7th season of the show, she was the most self-aware of them all tbh. like her evolution from the first season to the last is insane.

I've been binging it and I didn't realize how much I'd dislike Joan watching now that I'm the same age as them. She's a terrible, self centered person who only cares about getting a man, who then she treats like shit anyways. She ruined multiple friends' weddings!
