I’m still so sad this great show isn’t getting a proper ending. I hope someone else picks it up for the final season or at least a movie.

Not a word of a lie. The show pats itself on the back for calling out racism and marginalization but then does nothing to forward the narratives of those characters. It’s all about the two skinny white women, and the side character who gets the biggest side arc is the other skinny white woman. But I guess that’s their version of diversity because they have a brunette, a blonde, AND a redhead with a storyline.

And the two white males also got more character development.

A lot of shows think just having characters of colour is good enough and never bother doing anything interesting with them. They're just set dressing to them

I love GLOW but they didn't lie, I loved the episode focused on Tammé , I would like so much more of her and of the other characters of color, I don't dislike Ruth but other characters deserved her spotlight more.

I hope they find good jobs after this , Netflix ain't shit

The episode centered around Tammé is my fave episode and I hated how they gave her nothing to do in Season 3 except for back pain at the very end... I didn't understand why but now knowing the writing staff was all white I can see how they probably just didn't think she was as important as the white characters :(

I would have liked to have seen Tammé really fulfill that 80s manager role, but I don't think they showed a single scene of it :(
