I bet it all came down to the fact that Disney doesn't own the rights, doesn't have Snoopy at Disneyland (and actually Snoopy is featured at different non-Disney theme parks), and therefore couldn't put it on their own streaming platform. And since we're in a pandemic and "money is tight" they just gave up.

I think CBS used to run them before ABC got the rights. Why can't CBS run them again? I guess because of the money.
