what _myaugust said but those changes in gene expression have to be things you can pass down to your offspring. one possible example of this would be generational trauma. the theory there is that trauma/stress in one's life would impact the structure of the DNA in your germ cells (eggs or sperm), so your resulting offspring would feel the impacts of that trauma without having experienced it themselves.
Totally. I remember someone here said that a mommy blogger who put up pics of their kids was alerted by some of her followers that those pics were re-distributed on other sites like child porn sites and she was mortified when she found out.
I know selfies and posting on the internet has became lax in these last few years but I always feel like people should still cautious cause there are A LOT of weirdos out there.
I have a friend who isn't even famous and she told me when I met her that she's trying to keep her daughter's photo off of social, which I (of course) respected. I'm just so used to my other friends who splash pics of their kids up on social media every other day.

As much I like seeing celebs posting of their kids on IG, I feel like celebs should keep them a bit more private sometimes.
