what the hell is rambler.ru and why does it (and LJ TOYS) keep popping up in my processes, fucking up all my shit? i'm gonna have to stop visiting this place bc my adblockers don't do anything about keeping either of those things blocked, and they are the sole cause of my browser freezing up all the time. the rambler.ru is relatively new, but lj toys has always been a bitch.

is anyone else having this issue?

I use NoScript (firefox addon) to block it and a bunch of other russian sites from running shit in the background when I'm on here. Be warned tho, there's a bit of an adjustment period to using it cuz it'll automatically stop ALL websites from running normally and you'll have to set each website as "trusted" so they'll run but it's a very useful addon.

Agreed. All their movies have a weird rapey tint to them to me, it's no surprise that a lot of people can't understand sexual assault/consent. They grew up on shit like Sixteen Candles which I can go on a rant about for so many reasons lol
