I rewatched Special on Netflix, the episodes are fifteen minutes so it’s a super quick cute watch, and I read there is going to be a season 2 filmed

Last night I watched ever after, perfect as always

I somehow never saw Ever After, but it's streaming on Prime so I'll have to amend that!

Please do! It’s my favorite Cinderella movie and Anjelica Houston is the best evil step mother

I loved Special. Somehow I missed that they finally ordered a season 2 and I looked it up last week and was all yay!

Glad to see a show about a disabled person starring/created by a disabled person. And in doing so, avoiding tropes that we're sexless boring losers who hate ourselves.

Like, I get Me Before You suggested to me on occasion because I look up disability related things and I do love Emilia and she's so gorgeous in that red dress, but 100000x less of that and 10000x more of this and similarly made stuff.

For The Secret Garden, I honestly expected the What You Should Know comment to be: something along the lines of "No need to be made, see the 1993 version instead."

This!
I saw 1993 The Secret Garden on the big screen last summer and ended up sobbing in a white grandmother’s arms. Lol
It’s a totally different experience on the big screen and while I had seen it before, I wasn’t ready.
Who wants to see that cgi mess?!?

I do? Is it any good? I want a review by someone who loved the 1993 version!

I watched The High Note last weekend and I thought it was cute enough! Also, might be a little biased bc I automatically love everything set + filmed in LA a little bit lol

Very interested in this La Llorona. I saw the Blumhouse one, and this seems like a completely different take.

Highly highly recommend A Thousand Cuts esp for FilAm people (TY op for including this!!) The similarities (and differences) between the president here and the one there... depressing but very educational! if anyone needs a link for free dm me

I was about to ask why Liza is playing a high schooler when she's like 30. Google tells me she's 24 and I'm shook.
