It is. It's based off of lies. In the beginning, when people just wanted her "free", it wasn't bad. However, they shifted and it turned into this thing that's being spread based on lies, weird shit (she's spelling Help in her eyelashes!), harassing her family, demanding that they know her medical info, wanting to kidnap her to free her, wanting to hack into her court sessions, and theories like she's trying to communicate with them through her IG but it's not her posting on her IG...

At this point it needs to be stopped.

These fans just want “real music” from her and think the guardianship is holding her back. They’re ridiculous.

All these conspiracy theorists are the same smh. How is it easier to work this entire narrative rather than admitting to yourself that your fave is not That Great?

one of my friends sent me a video that claimed bc she said frozen was her favorite disney movie in a video and also said some random numbers in the same video at a different point that playing those numbers as minutes in frozen ended up being a line that was like "free me" and they were like "SHES SENDING US A MESSAGE YALL WE ARENT LISTENING"

it was so goddamn absurd

Not every inch of her life needs to be for public consumption. These stans aren't worried about Britney - they just want juicy gossip about shit that isnt their business. Mental health is so private.

Honestly. Her life has been nit picked for decades and mental health is not for public consumption like a damn album release. I swear some fans want her to be free just bc they want new music and think she'll start performing like it's 2001 again

I saw someone on Exhale straight up say "This is why we want her to be free! She'll make music like pre Circus again!" It was in a thread hating on all of her post Blackout albums and saying they are bad because she never wanted to make them. I ???? WTFFF

Also, her freedom shouldn't be about music!

Yes seriously. It's been obvious for a while that's where a lot of the concern is coming from. I feel like if she released an album and started performing like she used to, they wouldn't give a shit about the conservatorship.

how are things with Brit Brit’s sons though???

I’m secretly jealous of kids that get rescued/interventions over one minor incident... I’ve experienced literally thousands of incidents of child abuse and no one protected me. I’m now a permanently fucked up 34 year old. -__-

I just want Britney healthy and happy ♥️♥️♥️

Also
You can judge the entirety of a person's character by how they talk about Britney Spears, personally and professionally

Also, the way they talk about taking drugs for mental health issues is so bad. They act like if she's on ANYTHING it's bad. They don't seem to get that medication saves some people! They just keep saying they want her to be unmedicated. As if the only way you can be healthy is not to take meds. 🙄

THIS! I work in high acuity inpatient psych hospitals. It's like the free britney people want to see her convulsing and frothing at the mouth. Severe mental illness isn't always "obvious". It's possible to "look ok" or even just appear "a little bit eccentric" and still be very ill/requiring a high level of care.
