Two hours per episode? This is like the polar opposite of Quibi!

Been watching The L Word with my bf. Wild show. Idk what the writers want us to feel about Jenny. Seeing all the crazy shit Bette gets into knowing that she's running for mayor in the revival........... She would've been canceled so hard.

that show gets worst with every season, like, season one is good and it just gets worse and worse

Jenny is the head writer's self-insert so I think we're supposed to like her lol. I love Mia Kirshner but Jenny is a total nightmare.

I don't think the show's ever been good lol. S1 with Jenny's entire arc was kind of a slog.

I feel like Jenny has never done anything likable...

Also I can't believe they couldn't find any Latinas to cast????????

I have watched a lot of both of these series but have not finished either. I love Hurrem tho what a badass bitch. I loved Nigar until she got thirsty for Ibrahim and then I realized she didn't love herself :/

Kosem is fucking amazing as well, tho the changing actresses threw me for a loop at first

The two Kosem's couldn't be more different

that's every turkish TV show for you lol

There's a show called Arka Sokaklar, which has a running time of 180 minutes and currently has 549 episodes. It is still ongoing.

Will literally last you a life time, and possibly your children and grandchildren as well. A true epic you can pass onto generation from generation.

Oh hell no.
I am VERY impressed with Turkish attention spans though. Is their adderall in the water?

turkish soap operas are primarily designed for elderly folks with nothing else to do. my mom has been addicted to these shows to the point where she watches them without the subtitles and still manages to understand and follow every single plot.
