I could be wrong, but I feel like if you are at least c+/B list, your agent/reps will connect you to the best derms since your skin/beauty is part of your package. they are invested in how you look since that determines whether you can get booked for stuff. but im no entertainment biz expert so idk

I don't know a ton -- I worked in the industry very briefly at the lowest rung, but crew always loves to gossip. I think a lot of that stuff is out of pocket for the actor until fancy derms/facialists want to work with them to get publicity.
