I doubt there's a drive-in in this area sadly. There were a couple in my area in SoCal when I was there. I even saw Deathly Hallows Part 1 at a drive-in!

Dogtooth is one of the few movies I've turned off and never went back to... maybe one of these days I'll go back to it. I don't have Kanopy though. I'm still pissed at NYPL for canceling Kanopy!

I've never seen it!! I've always heard it's very divisive, and after seeing The Lobster and The Killing of a Sacred Deer, I totally buy that. I'll probably give it a shot at some point, but I wouldn't be surprised if I end up turning it off, too.

And man, that sucks re: Kanopy. :/ I don't use it a ton, but it's a great resource.

The beginning is disgusting... I can watch gore and stuff like that but Dogtooth starts off with some weird sex stuff... just gross and uncomfortable. I couldn't handle it lol. i actually never saw those other movies but I want to lol, esp Killing of a Sacred Deer.

I've seen Dogtooth all the way through and it's not the grossest/more disturbing film I've seen but it's up there

Elon Musk's sister Tosca created a streaming service called Passionflix where she directs adaptations of romance novels. (Yes, she owns the service AND directs all the movies.) The next one is an adaptation of a Twilight fanfiction where Edward is a university professor who is obsessed with Dante's Inferno. Look up the trailers on youtube. They are TRUE CINEMA.

Yeah the wrong missy started off terribly and then made a joke out of female on male sexual assault but after that it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever seen.
