i watched a few of those wendy@home episodes -- she looked terrible, seemingly on purpose. it was an interesting stylistic choice. combined with the laugh track, an overall weird watch.

her personal taste is...horrible in a word. the show's stylists and wigologists and makeup artist create magic because wendy herself would just show up looking any which way.

Just took a peek at the episodes. She didn't look bad at all. Just less make-up/no-make-up and probs her own clothing choices.
