-MK tried to file on April 17 but NYC courts were not taking divorce complaints because of the pandemic
-She says Olivier has terminated the lease on their NYC residences without her consent
-He expects her out by May 18th, but she's asked her lawyer/the landlord to be able to stay until May 30th
-She says: “I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and if he is successful, I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well.”
-She can't look for a place to live in the middle of this pandemic
-The marriage had "broken down irretrievably" for the last 6 months, according to the papers
-She wants the prenup enforced and Sarkozy to maintain health and dental insurance for her
