in defense of the producer, it could be a free sample that comes in the daws plugins. for that reason a lot of songs focus more on the melody instead. Something like Meghan Trainor directly copying Madonna is more evident.

a sample, not a free beat. samples are recycled in trap beats all the time. daws have plugins that have thousands of samples that you pay once to use. i use 'free' as in 'copyright-free'.

if you think justin is the only one using these types of samples, Calvin Harris, Zedd, a lot of producers use the same plugins.
