I've listened to enough Lexi Alexander/Ava DuVernay/Catherine Hardwicke interviews to know that a lot of male actor-producers specifically won't even let women directors pitch. I believe Hardwicke and Lexi named Mark Wahlberg specifically but I would not be surprised if a lot of them do this. They have co-star and director approval in some cases and they use it to only promote white men.

Also if you want to know which actors aren't assholes watch which ones work with women multiple times. There is definitely a "whisper" network and any name actor that doesn't undermine their women directors gets recommended to other women immediately.

Leo has only worked with 2 women. The 3rd was a 5 second cameo which shouldnt count imo. He hasnt worked with a woman director since 1995

Post-Titanic, DiCaprio has only made one movie with a director who wasn't already an Oscar nominee (whether for directing, writing or producing) - Danny Boyle on The Beach (Boyle would eventually win an Oscar, but that was nine years later)
