i'm so happy han is back! from the trailer it doesn't seem that dom is as surprised to see han alive as let's say roman so i definitely think he knew and left him hidden. but if they really want to make up for basically including shaw into the family then it has to be him who somehow saved han from that car wreck and just faked his death to get dom to come after him and somewhere between the end of 7 and beginning of 8 told dom that han's alive. either that or han should just kill the whole 'family' for including his killer 😌
