David O. Russell's next film is being fast tracked by New Regency. Starring Christian Bale, the project's working title is Amsterdam and it will follow the unlikely partnership between a doctor and a lawyer.
At first Jennifer Lawrence was being considered for the leading role opposite Bale but production seems to favor Margot more for the role. Meanwhile, both Jamie Foxx and Angelina Jolie are both apparently in consideration for supporting roles.
Production is slated to start in April.
