Dersh just said the defense is going to be obstruction of justice isn't an impeachable crime. Dude, he's already been impeached. This is about conviction and removal. He did it, he thinks it was the "perfect" phone call. Just because he's ignorant of the law doesn't mean the rest of us are.

So Dersh is going to try to argue the law, because they don't have any real defense. So unless everyone burns up the phone lines to the GOP Senators, they're going to acquit, no matter what the evidence is. It's all about public opinion at this point, and who screams loudest.
