The actor's official twitter account has confirmed a WaPo report. Auberjonois was best known as the Governor on Benson, the french chef from The Little Mermaid, and the unforgettable Odo

I'm really not okay losing him AND Caroll Spinney on the same day.

Odo is one of my favorite characters across Star Trek, but Chef Louis is so iconic for stuffing such a memorable performance in less than five minutes of screen time.

The Little Mermaid is my favorite movie for deeply personal family reasons and DS9 is far and away my favorite Star Trek so I'm not really dealing with it well, either :(
