SuperM was a well-made mishmash of all the sounds of Shinee, NCT, and EXO so lol

and yeah ia, the difference between SM groups is pretty clear and i can see how there might be some transitions/passing forwards (eg. how Superhuman could maybe resemble something post-CMB era EXO could've put out) but it's always been fairly discernible. it's a lazy criticism.

it’s so so good. I know r&b and pop&b are the styles they’re most associated with, but to me this falls right in line with the progression of their darker sound -wolf > overdose > monster. and I appreciate that they switch it up for their title tracks but still incorporate that r&b, pop sound in the album tracks.

Join the crusade of reporting them as using the reply function/hashtags to spam. I do it every time now. Have had mixed success but the rage of even just one Stan logging in with fancam trolling on the brain finding their account suspended for spam sustains the crusade. I will write a bot one day that replies "Please, report this account for spam" each time some keyword is used I swear.
