It worries me that even if he is impeached, he won't be removed from office, much like what happened with Clinton.

That is almost certainly what is going to happen.

But part of the point of these hearings is to get the word out to the American people and shift their opinions. And it's working, polls are shifting towards people supporting impeachment AND removal.

So then all the Republicans who vote against impeachment or removal are going to have to face their constituents and answer for it. It could help us flip seats in the House and Senate.
