I remember reading this article once where the doctor said the silicone had leaked all over the insides of a woman and he had to like physically scrape it from her insides during surgery and it was awful

I thought saline was supposed to be safer but idk

I don't really know anything about breast implants per se, but I would assume the saline component of implants is safe in and of itself because saline (i'm assuming is 0.9% like normal saline) is fairly neutral. But idk what the casing for the implant is made out of and there's technically a risk with putting any foreign object in your body
