my family was visiting me(europe changed kast week i think?), and we had had a fuuuuull day of activities so it was nice to get an hour extra of sleep!

I love this time setting - as someone with apnea I ended up waking the same time no matter what but now I have an extra hour to try and rest

I feel like my insomnia got worse last night. I did that thing were you spend an hour uncomfortable in bed but are too tired to get up and change into pajamas or go to the bathroom.

Also I really want to rewatch that Power Puff Girls episode where they save the day due to Daylight Savings.
