tbh he's not my fav but i don't blame him for being like that w zayn bc at the end of the day, 1d made them all millionaires, and their songs (some were absolute tunes and made my teen years slightly more enjoyable) made millions of people happy so for zayn to act holier than thou, it pisses me off so no wonder the other 1d members are mad at him

I kind of agree, kind of don't.
I like that Louis is able to admit it might be in part down to his own immaturity. Zayn had justified reasons to want to leave and Louis should at least try to see it from his perspective. But also, Zayn acting like 1D was a massive inconvenience when he left is sure to upset the member of the band who put arguably the most work in.

Yeah that's kind of where I'm at with the whole thing. I dislike Zayn for slagging off their music in magazine interviews but also in the same breath wanting to benefit from the 1D fans who loved him. I'm disappointed in him because he had the most potential to be something bigger than 1D but it seems like he's so fickle.

I know that Zayn had multiple justified reasons for leaving and a truly uniquely horrible experience within the band that the other boys can't relate to. But... when he left, he said it was because he couldn't stand having the media so focused on his life... not because of the racism, not because of the industry or the grueling tour. But because he was mad he got caught cheating. And that's just always really colored my view of him since that happened.
