[Spoiler (click to open)]this isn't really a spoiler but more of a popular "guess," but the theory is Henry's character is just in her imagination because we never see him with anyone else in the trailer; and the guess is that maybe that perhaps he gave her his heart when she was ill because that fits with the song?

I like both lead and Emma Thompson and think now is the perfect time for a Christmas set Romantic Comedy. But I fear the twist will derail my enjoyment of the movie.
