So I know Evan mainly wanted a break but do you guys think maybe a little reason he didnt sign up for this season is bc he didnt wanna work with Emma? Their relationship was toxic af.

I don't really think so. He wanted to take a break after Cult but RM and co wrote him two light characters. He's taking a break from acting all together, not just from AHS.

It was really disappointing that he got no recognition for his role in Cult. I felt so bad for him.

I miss him this season (though I haven't watched past the first episode). I hope he comes back and I hope RM ditches the idea of bringing back Coven and Apocalypse characters for a future season like he mentioned he would.

The second half of the season being like a sequel to the first is keeping me interested. We all know sequels are never as good and when the first half was mere o.k and this is a Ryan Murphy show there really is nowhere for this to go but off the rails. So my expectations are low.

this season is basically scream queens. It's so blah. they really should have just made each episode a sequel to the first episode or something.

Scream Queens was dumb, but I still enjoyed it in a “so bad it’s funny” kind of way. This season of AHS is just bad. It’s not suspenseful. It’s not funny. It’s not dramatic. Nothing. And I was so excited for it too when learning it was going to be an 80s slasher.
