Tame Impala announce new album The Slow Rush

Tame Impala have (op note: f i n a l l y) announced the follow-up to 2015's Currents! Earlier this week, frontman Kevin Parker teased a series of visual snippets from his recording studio on his Instagram page, which had fans speculating that new music was on the horizon. The Gossip (2015) proved to be correct, as today, Parker posted the album art for The Slow Rush, due out sometime in 2020.

Since Currents' release, Parker has collaborated on projects with Kali Uchis, Theophilus London, ZHU, Mark Ronson and Lady Gaga, as well as performing on Saturday Night Live earlier this year with Tame Impala.
