Airline cheeseburgers sound nasty. I dont like airplane food so I usually buy a sandwich and snacks at the shops before boarding.

Same. On board I'll just have a soda.

Same, I just load up on snacks before the flight and bring a couple on in case I’m hungry later. The only meal I’ll even consider trying on a plane is breakfast because there’s only so much that can go wrong with like, bagels.

I never buy food on airplanes, I only eat the included meals on long haul flights. That being said, Asian airlines have the best airplane food tbh.

The secret to the best airline food is to order the Asian veg meal before departure.

That said I'm flying Delta 3x in a month and am curious about their new ~economy food is premium experience now~ thing. We'll see, Delta.

I definitely have positive experiences with the Vegetarian 'Asian' option.

I usually select the Halal meal and have had good results.

The most I've ever eaten on a plane was a sandwich, pretzels and the typical cookie/brownie product.

Otherwise I just bring my own stuff and eat when I take off, then pass out.

I mean...it depends on how long your flight is, doesn’t it? Weird flex.

snuffyqui45 October 18 2019, 12:02:28 UTC
Not a flex. I just have a very sensitive stomach (for instance I cant eat tomatoes) and I take anxiety pills to fly. It knocks me right out for at least 4 hours.

“Passengers who pre-ordered burgers using the airline's website will be left without any meal at all.”

...que?!

Right? If I ordered a meal and got nothing, I'd be peeved.

They'd have to turn that flight around and get me some damn food tbh!

Hi I work for AA, today we were supposed to have cheese burgers on board, didn’t and had pasta. Everyone got a meal, idk where they got that info and it may still happen but only speaking of my flight it didn’t haha
