This lawsuit stuff... I really don't know how they're gonna get around this lol =/ ppl on Reddit for like "$260k is nothing they'll be fine!" but if that were true, they wouldn't owe it. The stuff with not doing the livestreams also feels like pure ineptitude as well, that would have been such an easy obligation to fulfill.

mte :/ plus, the company is still going to proceed and probably ask for more, right?

I feel really bad for the girls themselves, they dont deserve this mess.

Yeah, this honestly seems like pure idiocy on Polaris' part. All they had to do host a few livestreams on that app and like, maybe not fly all over the fucking world just to film 1 minute of teaser footage that wasn't even going to be used in the music videos lmao

So, what happened? I’m not clicking on an allkpop link.

Also, it takes like 9-10k buys to top the iTunes chart so the fans aren’t paying that debt quite yet.

Their company is getting sued by another company because they didn’t pay them back a loan of $300k and loona didn’t do appreamces onnand app that was part of the contract

This is amazing but what's the point if they don't comeback any time soon? At least drop a teaser tomorrow to get this momentum going. Idc if they have to change dates this is the time you put out any teaser at all to ride this out. Even just a "B#RN" coming soon. Anything, BBC plz.

And just to add BBC is terrible at timing these comebacks. They should have had a comeback in early September where there were no big groups around and could have stood out more (and gotten a first win). Now any comeback in November (cause I doubt they'll drop teasers now for anything happening in October) means they will be competing with mid to big tier groups (especially bgs) and end of year is the worst for comebacks with all the award shows and specials. Tragic.
