This show blatantly stole a joke from one of Community's best-ever scenes and I'm not here for it.

This isn't really much of an original joke at all lol

I can't explain how much I love Kirby Howell-Baptiste. I need her to be in every project moving forward, all of them.

this show is fueling my misandry tbh, men are AWFUL, in general and in the show... Kirby's addict asshole husband and Ginnifer's no-good-cheating soon-to-be-ex especially. That's the point, I know, but damn. Men just.... drain you.

Is this entertaining without being too frustrating? ie more Claws, less Good Girls s2?

It's frustrating lol the men are super terrible but the women (except for Kirby's character Taylor) make really frustrating decisions (especially the 1950s wife). I don't find Lucy Liu's character situation that funny because it focuses on her grooming a crazy young guy and they specifically have banter about waiting until he turns 18.

To be fair, she did not groom him. He was 18 both at the start of the series and when Lucy Liu’s character’s first got aware he was attracted to her. But I know if the genders were reversed, I’d not be a lot more sensitive to the situation and likely wouldn’t be able to find the humor.
