For anyone who doubts her, I think this is a great point:

I’ve never wanted to bring up that incident because The Office was one of the greatest creative experiences of my life, and who would want to have an adversarial relationship with the Academy, who has the ongoing power to enhance our careers with awards?

Like, she has absolutely nothing to gain from speaking out on this, but I'm glad she did.

That’s such bullshit and it absolutely happened because she’s a woman and was the most junior writer, even though in the end she had the most writing credits for the show.

I'm glad she's becoming more and more outspoken about the racism she faced in the industry. I guess, the more powerful she is, she's less likely to face consequences now. It's better than some of the self-hating Asian snippets we use to get from her.
