Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin shop instead of adopt. He recently purchased two exotic kittens for themselves. They are 41% domestic cat and 59% Serval, a type of exotic wildcat native to Africa. He bought them from a breeder that breeds exotic cats in Illinois.

Their names are Sushi and Tuna. They cost $20

Aww my last kitty that I adopted from the ASPCA when I was a child was the same price with the same refund deal. They even gave us a free carrier.

I've had 2 awesome dogs, one is still with me. My first son was on clearance at the shelter after having been returned twice. Best $40 I've ever spent. My second kid was FREE-NINTY NINE at a clear the shelters day. The only money I'm paying for a pet is to a rescue to help them continue their efforts.
