He is high key annoying on social media, but he is a good actor that I like. What ever happened to that cult show he did? I always meant to watch that and just never did lmao.

The path had potential but I feel like it went of the rails it couldn’t decide if the cult was actually real or not I wanted it to be clear it wasn’t and it get taken down but didn’t seem to be going that way when I finally gave up

One commercial film that’s not the success they think it’s going to be, and the actor is damned.

i mean this is not true for ALL white male actors (taylor kitsch, armie hammer, etc.) but I guess he was a very recognizable actor in a lauded tv show so that might have made things more difficult for him

It can be true in a lot of cases for TV actors who're trying to make it in movies. That doesn't apply to Armie Hammer, and lbr, John Carter almost killed Taylor Kitsch's career entirely. He had to make a comeback on TV in True Detective and he still isn't setting the world on fire.

He was good in American Woman, tho. I guess no one saw that, but I was hoping it'd mean he'd do more interesting indie things.

the story specifically mentions that movie as one he was good in but also says the same you did about it, he is really great in a lot of indies honestly he's a fantastic actor
