Warner Bros has released a statement on the controversy regarding ‘JOKER’:
“Neither the fictional character, nor the film, is an endorsement of real-world violence of any kind. It is not the intention of the film, filmmakers or the studio to hold this character up as a hero.”

But since the government values money over citizens and society is unwilling to think about how certain people are conditioned, talking to a movie studio is the only way people can protest. It's not their fault, but a reflection on how pathetic our society is.
