wow. i wasn't expecting her to get any jail time, but maybe prosecutors want to send a message to the remaining defendants. this means lori loughlin is definitely doing time. maybe if she turns on her husband she'll avoid jail, but i can't see prosecutors going for that deal.

They've already said that the sentencing won't be based on how much money the parents gave as bribes.

What will get her a longer sentence, however, is that she plead not guilty.
