Since she mentioned the lungs of the world, my country is in such a huge crisis. The little coverage the Amazon fires get talk about Brazil, failing to mention that most of the fire is i the BOLIVIAN SIDE! We are not equipped to fight this. I've been making weekly runs with my dad from the city to the affected areas to take donations but I'm so exhausted. I can't do it anymore. Fires aren't stopping any time soon (expected to go for 2 more months AT LEAST). We are good on food supply, water, energizing drinks, but we need TRAINED PEOPLE and FIREFIGHTING GEAR. Thankfully a Canadian donation of 2,000 uniforms arrived today

yeah, the only difference between Trump and the Republican party since the Reagan era is that Trump says the quiet part out loud. He is honestly the logical conclusion of decades of stoking racial divides, xeonphobia, draining the social safety net, resisting any kind of equal rights for minorities. Republicans acting shocked at this get me the most, like, where have they been??
