This movie looks so cool I immediately went home and watched Terminator and Terminator 2 for the first time (didn't bother with the others lol) just so I could get up to speed. T2 was SO GOOD, so I'm stoked for this one.

Each sequel after T3 has ignored the previous films. So far there's been three failed attempts at rebooting the franchise.

I'm in the minority but I enjoyed T3. Everything after that is absolute garbage but there are decent fight and action sequences in that movie. Plus Claire Danes is good in it.

Ehhhhhh looks better than the last one but not saying much. The timeline has been messed up too much that it's all confusing.

Probably best to pretend everything since T2 doesn't exist. Maybe someone will do a comicbook that tries to put them all together in one cohesive continuity but I doubt the filmmakers care.
