I bet she believes that sweat is essential to getting rid of "Toxins."

do a quick google search before commenting! Sweating is to regulate body temperature.

yeah tell me how cleansing sweating is when it's the middle of winter at -10 degrees and sweat is literally pouring off my face and scalp for no reason. get out of my sweaty face with that bullshit.

My husbands like this too. He works outside and while the other guys have barely broke a sweat my husbands literally drenched. He has to take multiple extra T-shirt’s with him every day so he can change between jobs. Yeah, it’s normal to sweat, but there IS a thing as excessive sweat and it’s annoying to people who have to deal with it. I’d get the Botox too!

i feel like there's a difference between people getting it for vanity reasons and people getting it because excessive sweating affects their quality of life.

I don't think it really matters either way lol, people can do what they want for whatever reason IMO as long as it's not hurting anyone. You can blame "vanity" for so many things.

love 2 stop using my anti-perspirant but my armpit sweat smells so bad and i work out so often :( i do feel sort of hippie-ish that i think sweating is good for you. i tried chlorophyll but didn't keep up with it

When I switched to natural deodorant the smell went away after a couple of weeks (although I only really noticed it when working out and I shower right after so I didn't care anyway).

i couldn’t stand the smell and i was convinced that i had just gotten used to it but other people could still smell it so i went back to secret and dove’s clinical deodorant. my armpits stunk with the natural deodorant and i had to buy athletic laundry detergent to get the smell out.
