I liked it. I enjoyed the focus on Bill's family. I wonder how that will go next season.

the thing with this show is that I really enjoy seeing Holden, Bill and Wendy interact. I even like Gregg and his awkwardness.

I actually read Mindhunter this year, so it made it interesting watching and seeing what was there.

The casting of the killers is so well done. But Ed Kemper is still the best to watch.

BTK makes it all very frustating, since we know he was only caught in 2005. they weren't even there anymore. But I liked how they made it a point to have Ed talk about how their serial killers profiles are about people they caught, that there are the ones still free.

Yeahhh re: BTK I wonder what creative choice behind including it was when this is set in the period it is? I guess those murders were so notorious at the time so they felt they had to include a nod to it given the context?

Or maybe they will time jump in a following season and include his capture somehow? Idk, but it's too much of a tease for me lol like we know (for now) you ain't catching this dirty fuck

in the book there is this chapter talking about how you can't catch them all, of unsolved crimes. I was thinking it could be that.

or maybe they will jump foward in the end and show how their work is being used on the FBI years after

True, I think at the end of the series they may show his capture and how their methods contributed to that and the general methods they use.
